ICAAP will have a conference in Busan from August 24th to 30th for their 10th anniversary, maybe JYJ will attend as ambassadors so that's why he wrote "See you in Busan". If you will be in Busan during that period, do not go anywhere and try to see him ^^!!! Good luck!!!
