[News] 101026 SM Entertainment Withdraws Their Preliminary Injunction Against JYJ

SM Entertainment’s preliminary injunction against JYJ (Kim Jaejoong, Kim Junsu and Park Yoochun) to prohibit the sales of their first global album, The Beginning, has been withdrawn.
On October 27th, JYJ’s PR Agency Prain said, “On October 21st, through the Seoul Central District Court, SM Entertainment withdrew their preliminary injunction to prohibit the sales of JYJ’s first album, The Beginning.”
SM Entertainment filed the injunction on October 12th believing that JYJ had signed an exclusive contract with CJeS Entertainment which would cause a dual contract situation.
However, CJeS is the agency that JYJ hired to handle their management work just like Prain has been hired to handle JYJ’s PR.

Here is the juicy bit. "SM has ONLY withdrawn petition for injunction against the album sales, but has kept the petition for injunction against the exclusive contract between JYJ and CjeS- in other words, SM is still insisting JYJ and CjeS have exclusive contract relationship."
I knew it, they are not that nice afterall. So that means SM still believe that JYJ has an exclusive contract with CjeS, even thought Prain (JYJ's publicist) said that CjeS is just an agency hiring by the boys to do the management side of their work.


SM needs to get a life, they just dropped the bombshell about one of the Shinee's members has a g/f  just to diver attention, so they can save face. Poor them!

I did not know what SM ate yesterday! Why was they suddenly so nice? Afterall, it is still a good sign though. At least now, the distribution of the album can be continued. I am still waiting for "chicken a*s" KFC...(whatever it is) to give up on banning Korean channel to broadcast JYJ's news and shows. 

About the exclusive contract, I think if JYJ and CjeS both agree, even if they have the exclusive contract, they can easily change it. So SM, don't take a wrong step again in this issue again.Work with your law group more to have a good decision. Good luck!

OMG, I really miss them on Korean TV shows. If they can promote in Korea, nothing can stop them! SNSD? 2AM? Bigbang? 2NE1? Impossible!

Well about SHINNEE scandal, I don't know what they think seriously? SM must have eaten something terrible! LOL


Actually I'm worried by this news. SM is till suing JYJ for signing an exclusive contract with CJeS, when they clearly did not. I mean why SM seems so stupid? For sure there are many good lawyers working for such a big company like SM. I'm afraid that they're doing something dirty here.
About the Shinee scandal, lol, I don't know why but I still think it's PR. But I feel bad for both the boy and the girl, the number of their anti-fans are rocketing, especially the girl.
